I’ve ordered from Notino a few times, but the range has been a bit frustrating lately. I’ll suddenly think of a brand or product I want, go search for it, and then it’s either not there at all or they’ve only got some random size or shade left. The perfume section is still decent, but skincare and haircare feel way more limited than other sites. It’s not awful, but if you’re looking for something specific, it can be a bit of a letdown

I had a bit of a problem with my order because the tracking wasn’t showing properly, or at least I couldn’t get it to work on my end. I wasn’t sure if I was just missing something, but I messaged Notino customer service to check.

They got back to me the next morning, which wasn’t instant, but wasn’t bad either. The reply was clear enough, and they checked the order and sent me the correct tracking link, so maybe it was just a small mix-up.

The parcel arrived fine after that, so everything worked out in the end. I took one star off because I did have to chase it up, though I’m second-guessing whether that’s a bit harsh since they sorted it quickly. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

The item itself was totally fine, but the packaging showed up squashed. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying lol.

The offers I get are usually for things I don’t want, don’t need, or have already seen cheaper somewhere else. Delivery has been fine and the products themselves have been okay, but the loyalty programme feels more like a little trick to keep you hanging around than an actual thank-you for coming back...

I ordered this from Notino and it arrived perfectly fine, no issues there. The perfume itself smells really lovely, and for the price I’m still happy with it. I just wish it lasted a bit longer on my skin. It feels like that’s a preventable downside if the formula had a bit more staying power, but overall I’d still say it was a nice buy.
